Terms and conditions of purchase
If you want to return an item, you can do it within 14 calendar days from the day the order is purchased.
Returns from the Peninsula
For your convenience, Caringdog will arrange to have your parcel picked up by the delivery person.
The item / s to be returned must be packed in perfect condition, with their original labeling and without any signs of having been used.
In the event that the product has any factory damage, the same period will be available to report it. After the deadline, the company will not be responsible.
The refund of the amount can be made by a discount voucher (instantly upon completion of the return process), or through the original form of payment (it takes 15 to 20 days).
If you have paid by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, you must provide us with an account number to refund the amount.
The return from the Peninsula has a single cost of 3 euros for transportation that will be automatically discounted from the total amount of the return.
Returns from outside the Peninsula
For returns from the Canary Islands or from outside Spain, the client will be responsible for sending us the package in perfect condition.

How to make a return?
To make a return, go to the "My orders" section and click on the order detail.
Once you click on "Detail", at the bottom of the page, you will find a section where you can select the product (s) you want to return.
If you cannot select any product, make sure you are within 14 calendar days from placing the order.
To correctly create the return, you must indicate the reason for the return.
On the other hand, you can select the preferred refund method (discount voucher or original form of payment).
Finally, you must indicate the shift in which you prefer the delivery person to pick up the package (morning or afternoon).
The transport agency will be passed within 24/48 hours of receiving the return confirmation email.

We are working to facilitate the change of garment directly from the web. Meanwhile, if you prefer an exchange for another size or color or a different garment, you must request a return and make a new purchase.
